RETURNS & REFUNDS AT A GLANCE

✓ EU Customers: 14-day return window
✓ International Customers: 30-day return window
✓ Condition Required: Unworn, unwashed, original tags attached
✓ Restocking Fee: 10% applies to all returns
✓ Return Shipping: Customer's responsibility
✓ Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after inspection


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

All returns must meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase required

Return Windows:

  • EU Customers (RPB Apparel): 14 days from delivery date
  • International Customers: 30 days from delivery date

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

EU Customers:
Contact us at info@ramonspetboutique.com within your 14-day window with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and address.

International Customers:
Email ramondropshipping63@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number. We'll coordinate the return process with you.


REFUND CALCULATION

Your refund will be calculated as follows:

Original Product Price
− Return Shipping Cost (your responsibility)
− 10% Restocking Fee
Your Refund Amount

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles within the same return timeframes:

  • EU customers: 14 days from delivery
  • International customers: 30 days from delivery

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us using the return email addresses above
  2. Specify which item you'd like to exchange for
  3. We'll verify availability and provide exchange instructions
  4. The 10% restocking fee is waived for direct exchanges
  5. You pay return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement item

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ramonspetboutique.com
  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
  3. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you
  4. You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect item

No restocking fee or return shipping charges apply to damaged/incorrect items.


MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS (RPB APPAREL)

Please note that RPB branded apparel is made-to-order with a production time of 3-5 business days plus 1-2 days quality inspection. Total delivery time:

  • Europe: 9-17 business days from order
  • International: 13-27 business days from order

All standard return conditions apply once you receive your made-to-order item.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Items without original tags
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Items returned outside the applicable return window
