Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2023/2673), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason and without penalty.
How to exercise your right
To submit a withdrawal request, you will need to provide:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to withdraw from
After submitting, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your request. We will process it and respond within 2 business days.
What happens next
Once your withdrawal is confirmed:
- Return the product(s) within 14 days of notifying us
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof of return shipment
- Products must be returned in their original condition. Deductions may apply for excessive use or damage.
Exemptions
Certain products may not be eligible for withdrawal, including perishable goods, sealed hygiene products once opened, and customised items. Contact us if you are unsure whether your order qualifies.
