We offer FREE shipping on ALL ORDERS worldwide! Here's everything you need to know about getting your order from our door to yours.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to customers around the globe. Whether you're in Madrid or Melbourne, we'll get your pet products to you.

Current shipping destinations: Worldwide
Restrictions: Some remote areas or countries with import restrictions may not be available. We'll let you know at checkout if we can't ship to your location.

SHIPPING COSTS

FREE SHIPPING on all orders, worldwide! No minimum purchase required.

Digital products: Delivered instantly via email after purchase, no shipping required.

PROCESSING TIME

Standard orders: We process and ship orders within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Spanish holidays)

As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.

Digital products: Delivered instantly via email after purchase, no processing time required.

Pre-order or made-to-order items: Processing times will be clearly stated on the product page.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your order will be processed first, then shipped.

RPB APPAREL COLLECTION - MADE-TO-ORDER

Our RPB apparel line (hoodies, t-shirts, and premium clothing) is crafted to order using sustainable print-on-demand fulfillment. Each piece is produced specifically for you, ensuring exceptional quality while minimizing environmental waste.

Production time: 3-5 business days
Quality inspection: 1-2 business days

DELIVERY TIMES - EUROPE

For customers in Spain and the European continent:
• Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after production
• Total estimated delivery: 9-17 business days from order placement

DELIVERY TIMES - INTERNATIONAL (WORLDWIDE)

For customers outside Europe:
• Standard shipping: 10-20 business days after production
• Total estimated delivery: 13-27 business days from order placement

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If you order an RPB apparel item that is temporarily out of stock, delivery times may be extended by 2-4 additional weeks while we restock and fulfill your order. We'll notify you immediately if your order is affected and provide an updated delivery estimate.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RPB APPAREL

Delivery times may vary depending on:
• Product availability and restocking timelines
• Customs processing (for international orders)
• Peak seasons and holidays
• Carrier delays beyond our control
• Remote or rural delivery locations

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your RPB apparel item ships. Track your package through the carrier's website for real-time updates.

During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day), production and shipping may be extended by 3-7 business days. We'll notify you of any significant delays.

Each RPB piece is crafted individually to ensure premium quality, reduce waste, and support sustainable production practices. Your patience helps us maintain our commitment to accessible luxury and environmental responsibility.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We work with international warehouse partners to fulfill orders efficiently.

Typical shipping times (after processing):

7-14 business days for most destinations worldwide

Total time from order to delivery:

Processing: 1-4 business days
Shipping: 7-14 business days
Total: 8-18 business days in most cases

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Because the majority of our warehouses are internationally-based, we are unable to offer next-day delivery. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods (holidays, sales events). Some remote locations may take longer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number (when available)
A link to track your package

Track your order: Use the tracking number with the carrier's website to see real-time updates on your package's journey.

Please note: While the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

No tracking number? Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it within 24 hours of your order, contact us and we'll help.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

EU orders: No additional customs fees or import duties.

International orders (outside EU):

You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country
These fees are determined by your local customs authority, not by us
Customs fees are separate from shipping costs and are not included in your order total
Your package may be held at customs until fees are paid
We cannot predict or control these fees, they vary by country and product value

Tip: Check with your local customs office to estimate potential fees before ordering.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost packages:
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
Look around your delivery area (porches, garages, mailrooms)
Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
Contact us if you still can't locate it after 24 hours

We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged packages:
If your package arrives damaged:

Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
Contact us immediately with the photos and your order number
We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Wrong address:
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. We may be able to update it before the package ships. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, and you may need to pay for reshipping to the correct address.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

Incorrect address provided by you
Refused delivery
Unclaimed package at customs
Failed delivery attempts

You will be responsible for reshipping costs if you want the order resent. We'll contact you if your package is returned to arrange next steps.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries due to:

Import restrictions
Carrier limitations
Product regulations

If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your location, you'll be notified at checkout.

HOLIDAYS & HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS

During busy seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) or holidays:

Processing times may be extended by 2-5 business days
Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual (up to 20-25 business days)
We'll update you if delays are expected

Order early during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery.

Supplier holidays may also affect shipping dates but do not impact our processing time.

PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO), but:

Delivery times may be longer (15-25 business days)
Tracking may be limited

Check with your local post office or customs

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on or after January 12, 2026. We reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be communicated to customers.
