Return Policy
At Ramon's Pet Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges for all orders, regardless of shipping destination.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible products. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Important: This return policy only applies to items purchased on or after January 11, 2026.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. International return shipping may be expensive, please consider this before initiating a return.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing your return and restocking the item.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products: All digital downloads, eBooks, handbooks, and playbooks are final sale and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or alternative products. Exchange requests are subject to the same 30-day window and conditions as returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number for reference
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus:
- Return shipping costs
- 10% restocking fee
Item Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping costs and without restocking fees for verified defects).
International Returns
For international orders, please note that:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties
- We recommend checking with your local postal service for the most economical return shipping options
- Returns may take longer to process due to international shipping times
